An information evening on the topic of Energy Efficiency and available grants takes place in St Colm’s High School on Wednesday 14th March from 7pm – 9pm. In attendance will be Maura Baker from the Oakleaf Rural Community Network and Eamon McDaid from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Information will also be available on claiming benefit entitlement.

A fundraising Table Quiz in aid of Gaelscoil & Naíscoil Na Speiríni (the Irish Language schools) will be held in the Cellar Bar on Friday 9th March at 9.30pm.

The Ballinascreen Historical Society have arranged for John McCann to deliver a talk on The Yanks in Wartime Mid-Ulster to be held in the Rural College on Tuesday 6th March at 8.30pm.
