» G Session @ Cellar Bar

The fourth G Session of 2008 takes place in the Cellar Bar on Saturday 3rd May. First up are Scary Biscuits, a two-piece combo who participated in the Rural Key Music Project, and have already made their debut appearance at Glasgowbury 2007. Next up a curiously titled band from Derry – Here Comes the Landed Gentry who seem to be giving last G Session’s headliners, And So I Watch You From Afar, a decent run for their money as the Northern Irish rock band with the longest name – oh so close! To cap the night off are old favourites, Mantic who always sure of a good local reception.

Doors open at 9pm and admission is £5. Sure you couldn’t beat it!

Incidentally, if you’d like to be kept informed of upcoming Glasgowbury Festival and G Session news, why not drop a line to glasgowbury@gmail.com and get your name on the mailing list – that way, you can have all that Glasgowbury goodness delivered straight to your inbox. Deadly!

Details on the line-up of this years festival are sparse at the minute, but when we hear more, we’ll let you know…
