St Mary’s Primary School will be hosting their annual Fesitval of Music & Sport on Friday 5th June at 6.30pm. Everyone welcome.

A Public Meeting will be held in the Rural College on Tuesday 2nd June at 8pm to discuss the proposed installation of a wind turbine at Lough Patrick, which is now at the consulation phase. If you are concerned about preserving this historic pilgrimage site then you are encouraged to attend.

A Fun Day in aid of Charis Integrated Cancer Care will take place on Saturday 30th May at Corrick Road from 9.30am featuring a wide range of activities, games and exhibtions. The Oakleaf Rural Community Network have organised a series of Health-related Activities in the Back Row Recreation Centre during May and June. Marie Cure Cancer Care would like to extend their thanks to everyone who contributed to the street collection which took place at the start of May. An amazing total of £2,750 was raised. Well done!

The Ballinascreen 33rd Derry Scouts would like to thank the individuals and local businesses who donated goods and prizes for the recent bake sale and also those who attended. A total of £425 was raised. Good work!
