• U6, U8 & U10 Gaelic Football training continues on Tuesday evenings from 6.15pm – 7.15pm. All  boys should attend as final Blitzes will be held before the end of August.
• A Gaelic ‘Start Camp’ for boys and girls aged 5-8 will be held at the Club from Monday 24th August to Wednesday 26th August from 10am to 12.15pm each day. Children can be registered on the day and new players are welcome.

• Ballinascreen U12 Camogie girls are holding an Ulster Blitz on Saturday 8th August. Could all parents of U12 girls and all senior camogie players please attend a meeting at the Club on Tuesday 4th August at 6.30pm to make arrangements for the Blitz.

Ballinascreen Credit Union are running a ‘best dressed’ Wheelie-Bin competition. The first prize is £200 and there will be a runner-up prize of £50. Judging will take place at the Community Fun Day on Sunday 30th August. Application forms may be obtained from the Credit Union and completed forms must be returned by Friday 14th August.

A dance will be held in Sixtowns Community Centre on Wednesday 5th August. Admission is £5 and a light supper will be served. Music by the Foot Tappers. Everyone is welcome.
