The Warm Homes Scheme aims to make homes warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient. Available to households of any age, where the applicant is a home-owner or rents from a private landlord and is in receipt of a qualifying benefit. This is a free service. The Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service will be holding Blood Donation session in St Colm’s High School on Monday 8th November from 2.30pm – 4.15pm and 5.30pm – 8.00pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend this vital community service – who knows, you might need it some day…

A charity fashion show in aid of NI Cancer Fund for Children will take place at Burns & Co, St Patricks Street on Sunday 10th October at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7 each and are available from Burns & Co, Ballinascreen Credit Union and the Glasgowbury Music Group office on the Tobermore Road. Refreshments will be served and a raffle will also take place.
